Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue to Wanda Joyce Fifield a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 0.018 hectares near Muddy Cove, Mary’s Harbour, in the Electoral District of Cartwright - L’Anse Au Clair for the purpose of residential use for out buildings, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licenses to occupy.
