Under the authority of section 6 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the EDGE Board, effective from a current date for a period of three years:

i)   Janet Gardiner, Chair;

ii)   John Bennett;

iii)   Robert Marche;

iv)   Bob Healey;

v)   Dr. Marina Sexton;

vi)   Mene Conley;

vii)   Deputy Minister of Finance;

viii)  Deputy Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development; and

ix)   Deputy Minister of Business.
