Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 37 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board:

i)  Mr. Stephen Burt, effective from a current date for a three year period; and

ii)  Mr. Roland Strickland as a temporary replacement for Ms. Sherry Dunsworth, in order for the Board to hear the grievance filed by Vinland Resources.
