Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Environment and Conservation and G & S Rodgers Enterprises Ltd., the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,056 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Environment and Conservation in the G & S Rodgers Enterprises Ltd. Building at 13 Church Street, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to May 31, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the rental rate of $14.75 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act.
