Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding of up to $5.3 million for the purchase of textbooks, other related school supplies and equipment, against the following 2007-08 appropriation:  Subdivision 3.1.02.04  School Supplies – Supplies.
