Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 84.1 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Finance to require that a government department or agency that keeps personal information pursuant to the Medical Care Insurance Act, 1999, provide the Minister with access to that information as limited in section 84.1 and only for the purposes of the T1 Residency Research Project.
