Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize additional time for the completion of the review by the Honourable J. Derek Green, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador (Trial Division) and direct that recommendations be brought forward for the consideration of Cabinet by February 28, 2007, or such later date as may be determined by the Premier in consultation with the Speaker of the House of Assembly, to enable the House to address any potential legislative and administrative changes in its Spring 2007 session.The Terms of Reference identified in OC2006-296 and OC2006-511 are hereby amended.
