Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Natural Resources and Provincial Airlines Limited, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of storage space occupied by the Department of Natural Resources in the Provincial Airlines Limited Building at the Torbay Airport, St. John’s, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to June 30, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the annual rental rate of $34,200.00 pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act.
