Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Natural Resources, Forestry and Agrifoods Agency and Fortis Properties Corporation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 997 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Natural Resources, Forestry and Agrifoods Agency (Agrifoods Branch) in the Fortis Towers Building, Corner Brook, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to June 30, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the rental rate of $16.00 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act.
