Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Justice and Storall Limited, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of file storage space for the Department of Justice in the Storall Limited Building, St. John’s, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to June 30, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the rental rate of $0.24 per box ($24,000 annually) pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act.
