 Under the authority of section 28(2) of the Financial Administration Act, and on the report of the Minister of Finance that there is insufficient legislative provision and that no other countervailing savings are available, and on the report of the Minister of Finance that the necessity is urgent, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve, on the recommendation in writing of Treasury Board, the preparation of a Special Warrant for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, in the amount of $338,500 within the Vote of the Legislature to provide funding of $49,000 for a By-Election in the District of Ferryland; funding of $82,800 for a By-Election in the District of Port au Port; $80,000 for a By-Election in the District of Humber Valley; $93,000 for a By-Election in the District of Labrador West; and funding of $33,700 for pre-enumeration work, allocated as follows:
