Under the authority of section 28(3)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the creation of the following Capital Account Subhead within the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture for fiscal year 2006-07:

Subdivision 1.2.02  General Administration –  Administrative Support (Capital).
