Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Richard Wardle as Assistant Deputy Minister – Mineral Resource Management in the Department of Natural Resources, effective February 7, 2007, with salary at Step 20 of the 1358 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Wardle’s current salary, and with any salary increase to be effective February 7, 2007, where applicable.
