Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Heather Jacobs as Assistant Deputy Minister – Legal Policy, Courts and Related Services, effective February 7, 2007, at her current salary, with benefits to include payment of practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat that will not negatively impact Ms. Jacob’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective February 7, 2007, where applicable.
