Orders in Council Database

Due to the unique circumstances imposed by the Resolution of the House of Assembly dated November 22, 2006, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs that the Auditor General be granted access to the following information contained in a confidence of the Executive Council relating to the proposal to establish an off-island fibre-optic communications link:

i) Cabinet Submissions numbered INTRD2006-011 and EDU2006-026/INTRD2006-014;

ii) Committee recommendations on the above Submissions;

iii) any analyses prepared for Cabinet in support of the above Submissions;

iv) emails relevant to the analysis of the above Cabinet Submissions; and

v) Minutes of Council and Orders in Council on the above Cabinet Submissions;

with such information to remain a confidence of the Executive Council for all other purposes including the purposes of any Act of the Legislature.
