Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) and section 4(1) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant for Crown land comprising an area of 27 square metres in Batteau Cove Brook, Englee, in the Electoral District of The Straits and White Bay North to Kevin and Bonnie Newman for the purpose of adding property for a residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
