Under the authority of section 87 of An Act Respecting the Enforcement of Support Orders, SNL2006 cS-31.1, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force upon publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
