 Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Lynn Vivian-Book as Assistant Deputy Minister – Income, Employment and Youth Services in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective May 3, 2007, with salary in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
