Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against current account appropriations under 2.2.03.06 (Building Utilities and Maintenance) in the amount of $75,000 for 2008/09 in order to facilitate a contract award to upgrade the domestic water lines on the theatre side of the Arts and Culture Centre, Gander.
