Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to issue a Request for Proposals for the provision of a procurement software solution and associated professional services to enable government to implement, manage and operate all procurement activities.
