Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to second Ms. Marilyn McCormack to the Fire and Emergency Services – Newfoundland and Labrador Agency within the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective May 10, 2007, at her current salary, for a period of twelve months, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency, with her mandate to work with departments and agencies to develop a comprehensive emergency and business continuity plan for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
