Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Wesley Foote as Assistant Deputy Minister – Petroleum Development in the Department of Natural Resources, effective May 3, 2007, with a 10% increase in salary effective December 18, 2006 in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with general salary increases to apply, with a further review of the position to be completed, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Foote’s salary effective December 18, 2006, and with any salary increase to be effective May 3, 2007, where applicable.
