Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 144 square metres situated at Broad Lake, Trinity Bay in the Electoral District of Bellevue to Paul Gerard Butler for the purpose of a boathouse/wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licenses to occupy and subject to confirmation of compliance with the provisions of the Lands Act and the provisions of the Licence to Occupy E-110363 respecting the guarantee of public access to both the reservation and the 140 m right of way as shown on Annex 2 of the Minister’s Submission.
