Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 32 square metres situated at Long Pond in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands to Terrance Wheeler for the purpose of relocating a boathouse and slipway, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licenses to occupy and subject to the relocation of the structure to the satisfaction of officials of the Crown Lands Division.
