Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to place the position of Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council on the Executive Pay Plan effective April 1, 2007, and to continue the appointment of the current incumbent, Ms. Dorothy French, at her current salary, with general salary increases to apply in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with a position description to be forwarded by Ms. French to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. French’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective April 1, 2007, where applicable.
