Under the authority of section 22 of the Statutes and Subordinate Legislation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently appoint Ms. Angela Whitehead to the position of Legislative Counsel in the Office of the Legislative Counsel, with remuneration on the Solicitors' Pay Plan at Level IV, with the appropriate step to be determined.
