Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Andrew K. Parsons, Q.C. as Minister of Justice and Public Safety, Attorney General, and Government House Leader, with effect from May 30, 2019.
