Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 20 square metres situated at Brazil’s Pond in the Electoral District of Topsail to Richard A. Noseworthy for the purpose of constructing a wharf and deck, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licenses to occupy.
