Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 20 square metres situated on the shore of South Arm, Woody Point in the Electoral District of Humber Valley to Charles W. Payne for the purpose of constructing a boat storage shed and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licenses to occupy.
