Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a commercial lease, pursuant to a grant for Crown land and non-subdivision provisions, for an area not exceeding 80 hectares for the assessed market value of $90,000 to Nordhaven Landing Incorporated in the Electoral District of the Straits and White Bay North for the purpose of a residential resort to be situated at Conche, in addition to a 6 percent premium on the sale price of each lot subject to inclusion of a provision preventing Nordhaven Landing Incorporated from adjusting the lot prices downward in order to pay out less than the negotiated 6 percent surcharge of each lot in accordance with the development plan submitted by Nordhaven Landing Incorporated and approved by the Minister, which will form part of the commercial lease, pursuant to a crown grant agreement and subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.

The previous approval in OC2006-216 to Nordhaven Landing Inc. for a conditional lease of 80 hectares of Crown land at Conche is hereby replaced.
