Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land comprising an area of 821 square metres to the Town of Harbour Breton in the Electoral District of Fortune Bay Cape La Hune for the purpose of a town garage and equipment storage area, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
