Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown lease to Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Limited for Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 167.42 hectares, near Menihek Lake, Labrador for the purpose of an existing hydro electric development, subject to normal terms and conditions of such leases.
