Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the following departments to pre-commit funds for the purpose of facilitating completion of the Nicholsville Bridge:

i) the Department of Transportation and Works is authorized to pre-commit funds of $1,044,431 against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriation for the Provincial Roads Improvement Program; and

ii) the Department of Municipal Affairs is authorized to pre-commit funds of $1,044,430 against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriation, as per MA2007-001; TBM2007-019, for Municipal Infrastructure.
