Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 77 of the Support Orders Enforcement Act, 2006, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled, “Support Orders Enforcement Regulations, 2007,” a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to come into force on the date of the proclamation of the Support Orders Enforcement Act, 2006.
