Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council, whereas he considers it right and conducive to the public good, is pleased to authorize the remission of mineral rights tax and interest assessment imposed under the Mining and Mineral Rights Tax Act against Mr. John Lundrigan.
