Orders in Council Database

Due to the unique circumstances imposed by the Resolution of the House of Assembly dated November 22, 2006, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes as necessary:

i) the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to table in the House of Assembly a list of the directions approved by Cabinet (MC2006-0529; OC2006-477 and OC2006-478 refer); and/or

ii) the Clerk of the Executive Council to forward a letter, to be tabled in the House of Assembly, containing a list of the directions approved by Cabinet (MC2006-0529; OC2006-477 and OC2006-478 refer).
