Water Resources Act
Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby rescinds Order in Council 1002-77, which reserved an area of 682 acres at Bremigens Pond, Paradise, for the purpose of an uncontaminated water supply for the use of Newfoundland Hardwoods Limited.
