Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 39 square metres situated at Nine Island Pond in the Electoral District of Harbour Main – Whitbourne to Oonagh O’Dea for the purpose of constructing a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licencses to occupy.
