Under the authority of section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act and section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the slipway winch house parcel in Kingman’s Cove, Fermeuse Harbour, to H. Brennan for $300, and the slipway deck/apron parcel, also in Kingman’s Cove, to R. Norwood for $1,000, substantially as shown in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, subject to the usual terms and conditions for such transfers.
