Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the Board of Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission each for a three year term until May 2010:

i) Ms. Peggy Roche, Public Representative;

ii) Mr. George Kean, Worker Representative;

iii) Ms. Josephine Budgell, Public Representative;

iv) Ms. Elizabeth Forward, Employer Representative; and

v) Ms. Louise Ade, Worker Representative (reappointment).
