Public Utilities Act
Under the authority of section 117 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes in all future appointments of a consumer advocate under the Public Utilities Act, a term and condition of the appointment shall be that the consumer advocate prepare and file a report with the Minister of Justice, in a form satisfactory to the Minister, outlining the details of the expenses incurred and the work performed, within 45 days after the date of the order of the Public Utilities Board or order of the court upon appeal of the Public Utilities Board order. The Minister of Justice shall then submit such report to the House of Assembly within 15 days of receipt if the House is sitting or if the House is not sitting, within 15 days of the opening of the House.
