Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 8 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Environment and Conservation to not list the McKenzie Sweet Vetch (Hedysarum boreale subsp. mackenzii), Rattlesnakeroot (Prenanthes racemosa) and Northern Bog Aster (Symphyotrichum boreale) as endangered and to release to the public the reason there will be no designation.
