Under the authority of section 7 of the Fishery Products International Limited Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to notify FPI that they can proceed with the sale of The Seafood Company, upon the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture being satisfied that FPI has met the terms and conditions outlined in the Minister’s Submission.
