Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Health and Community Services to issue a Request for Proposals for the future delivery of HealthLine, the provincial health information and advice line, commencing January 1, 2008.
