Under the authority of section 5 of the Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:

i) appoint existing Board member, Ms. Agnes Richard, to the position of Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation; and

ii) appoint Mr. Darren B. Colbourne as a member of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, effective from a current date for a three year term.
