Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown grant to the Town of Daniel’s Harbour at no cost for an area of land not exceeding 24.375 hectares located approximately six kilometers south of Portland Creek in the Electoral District of St. Barbe, as shown in the Annexes attached to the Minister’s Submission, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
