Under the authority sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the “Memorandum of Agreement between Canada and the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador for the Purpose of Designating the “Recalculation Office” as a Provincial Child Support Service in Accordance with Section 25.1 of the Divorce Act”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
