Under the authority of section 32 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby orders that an amount not greater than the amount claimed by the Crown shall be withheld from monies otherwise payable to Mr. William Bernard Murray, former Director of Financial Operations for the House of Assembly, until the final disposition of the court.
