Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, further to the direction in OC2007-040, OC2007-080, OC2007-162 and OC2007-219 and consultation with the Speaker of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize additional time for the completion of the review by the Honourable J. Derek Green, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador (Trial Division), effective to June 5, 2007.
