Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $2,564,000 against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriations for Subhead 3.2.02 – Health Care Facilities (Capital) for the purpose of construction of the new Grand Bank Clinic and renovations to the Blue Crest Nursing Home.
